Basketball

Basketball season has started so I am shooting many free throws daily. I'm lifting weights 3 times a week and improving my form.

I have not shot my free throws this week but I have gone to the gym and lifted weights 3 times this week.

I recorded 75 free throws total this week, 25 at a time. I got 19/25, 20/25, 18/25.

Goal

I am going to be improving my free throws and try to make 85% of 25 free throws, or 21 out of 25.  I am going to practice 2-3 times a week and my goal is to have this completed by November 17th.
